Our Mission Statement

Our focus and goal is to provide an environment that demonstrates and upholds the values 

we teach our skaters through their involvement in the Ice Image Teams.  To respect and 

honour the commitment made by the skaters, coaches, committee members and the skater 

families.  To continue to grow and improve as an organization, maintaining the status in the

 Synchronized Community, as an organization to be challenged, admired and respected. 

Most of all, to do the best we can for the benefit of all participants

Ice Image Biography

                The Ice Image Synchronized Skating Teams, would like to welcome you to our 

website and familiarize you with the purpose and accomplishments of this organization. 

 As you know, Synchronized Skating is one of the fastest growing winter sports. It offers the 

experience of team involvement and commitment to young skaters who otherwise 

participate in skating as individual competitors.

    Ice Image has been a part of the Synchronized (Precision) skating scene for the 

past 20 years.  In that time, we have enjoyed the success of having a Provincial and/or 

Canadian Championship Team at one or more levels, almost every year. This includes 

a Novice Festival National Gold Medal in 2002 and a Junior Festival National Gold 

Medal in 2004.  

These successes are in part thanks to the commitment of the many parent 

volunteers who give of their time in the capacity of administrating this organization, 

but primarily by the desire, commitment and dedicated hard work of the skaters, 

encouraged and trained by the outstanding individuals who make up our coaching staff.

            The teams of Ice Image have steadily developed under the direction of Alyson Eccles. 

The Junior team has been almost consistently seen on the National podium since their 

inception. The Juvenile team has won several Provincial Championships, and are also 

no strangers to the podium. New in the 2008 season, is the Ice Image Novice Festival 

team.  The team has had an extremely successful season, and plans to build on these

 successes in the years to come.

            Not to be forgotten, we salute our Adult Masters Team "Classic Image" who have left 

their mark on the Adult Synchro scene for many years.  They are known for the many 

medals they have achieved over the years, but especially for the "Most Entertaining Team" 

in the Master's stream.
